A practical single evening reset for men who want to reduce stress, sleep better and ease sore, tight muscles. This option is for anyone who would like to book one evening only. Each month has a different focus, so you can choose the session that feels most helpful for you. July: Stress Relief + Nervous System Reset For men who feel stressed, tense, overwhelmed or unable to switch off. August: Better Sleep + Deep Rest For men who struggle to sleep, wake up tired or feel mentally busy at night. Sept: Sore Muscles + Tension Release For men who feel stiff, tight or tense from work, training, stress or everyday life. Each evening includes gentle Yin Yoga, breathwork, meditation and simple mindset coaching. No experience needed. You do not need to be flexible or spiritual. Just come as you are. Pricing: Single Evening Reset: A$95 (approx. £50) Full 3-Month Reset: A$250 (approx. £133) Book all 3 months and save A$35 compared to booking each evening separately. Payments are processed in AUD.
