Jo is a certified mindset coach and emotional release breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their inner strength, self-trust, and emotional clarity.
Her approach is warm, supportive, and deeply grounding. She creates a safe space where you can explore what you are feeling, understand yourself more clearly, and begin to release the pressure, self-doubt, or old stories that no longer serve you.
Jo’s work is gentle but powerful. Through mindset coaching, emotional awareness, and breathwork, she supports you in softening what feels heavy and reconnecting with the wisdom already within you.

While the physical practice of yoga, known as asana, helps you connect with the body, it is only one aspect of yoga. We include mindset coaching because we believe yoga retreats can support more than the body — they can also create space for reflection, emotional clarity, self-trust, and inner growth.
It can be especially supportive if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for change.
