Frequently Asked Questions
It is so normal to have questions, especially if this is your first retreat.
Our retreats are created for beginners and designed to feel supportive, welcoming, and nurturing from the very beginning.
You do not need experience or flexibility. You are invited to come exactly as you are and give yourself space to breathe, rest, reconnect, and be gently supported along the way.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We are always happy to help.
Are your retreats suitable for beginners?
Yes — absolutely.
Our retreats are created for beginners, so you do not need any previous experience with yoga, meditation, breathwork, or retreats to join us.
Everything is guided in a gentle and supportive way, with space to move at your own pace and settle in comfortably.
Do I need to join every session?
Not at all.
Everything is optional. This is your retreat, and you are always welcome to listen to your body and take the experience in the way that feels right for you.
If you want to rest, sleep in, spend time by the ocean, or skip a session, that is completely okay.
What styles of yoga are included?
Our retreats include a gentle mix of Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, meditation, breathwork, and gentle Kundalini-inspired practices.
Everything is designed to feel accessible and supportive, especially if you are new to these practices.
I’m not very flexible — can I still come?
Yes — absolutely.
You do not need to be flexible to join us. So many people think flexibility is the point of yoga, but it is not.
Yoga is about connection, awareness, and being with yourself. Please do not feel insecure about flexibility — you are welcome exactly as you are.
What retreat options do you offer?
We currently offer two retreats in the beautiful Andaman Islands.

Release & Restore
25–30 November 2026
Our 6-day deep rest retreat created for beginners, designed for those craving softness, space, and restoration, with a gentle focus on Yin yoga, nervous system rest, meditation, breathwork, and slowing down.
Where are the retreats held?
Our retreats take place in the beautiful Andaman Islands, India.
The 8-day retreat includes both Port Blair and Havelock Island, while the 6-day retreat is based in Port Blair.
It is a beautiful setting to step away from daily life, soften, and enjoy a retreat that feels both nourishing and deeply memorable.
How do I get there?
You will fly into India first, usually via Chennai, Delhi, or Mumbai, and then take a domestic flight to Port Blair.
Airport pickup is included, and we will guide you through the travel process so you feel supported before you arrive.
Are flights included?
No — international and domestic flights are not included.
Guests book their own flights, and we are happy to guide you on the best route and arrival process.
What is included in the retreat price?
Your retreat package includes accommodation, yoga and wellness sessions, all meals, airport pickup, and planned retreat experiences.
Each retreat includes its own beautiful mix of practices, rest, and island moments, so please check the individual retreat page for full details.
What kind of accommodation is included?
We offer beautiful accommodation chosen to help you feel comfortable, rested, and cared for throughout your stay.
Depending on the retreat, room options may include shared or private accommodation.
Can I come alone?
Yes — absolutely.
Many of our guests come solo, especially if it is their first retreat.
Our retreats are designed to feel warm, welcoming, and supportive, so you can come on your own and still feel held in a beautiful group experience.
Can friends come together?
Yes — of course.
Please book separately and simply include your friend’s name at checkout so we can match your booking where needed.
What meals are included?
All meals are included in your retreat package.
Guests can choose what they would like to eat, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. We want meals to feel enjoyable, nourishing, and suited to different preferences.
If you have dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Is this retreat only for women?
No — our retreats are open to everyone who feels aligned with the experience.
We aim to create a warm, inclusive, and judgement-free space where everyone feels welcome.
What if I feel nervous coming on my own?
That is completely normal.
Many guests feel this way at first, especially if it is their first retreat. We do our best to make you feel welcome, supported, and at ease from the moment you arrive.
Do I need a visa for India?
Yes — most guests will need an Indian e-Tourist visa before travelling.
For most guests, the 30-day e-Tourist visa will be the right option. This can be applied for through the official Government of India visa website, and we recommend applying around 2 to 3 weeks before travel so everything feels simple and in place before you leave.
Your passport should usually have at least 6 months validity from the date you arrive in India, so it is worth checking this early as part of your travel planning.
If this is your first time organising a trip like this, please do not worry — we are always happy to guide you through the process and help make things feel a little easier along the way.
To make the process feel easier, we will also send out a simple guide to help you apply for your Indian visa.
