“Perfect for Beginners”

“I joined the class because I wanted to do something for myself. I’m quite a nervous person and can easily feel intimidated, especially when a teacher stops the whole class to help me.

The way the girls teach is so much better suited for beginners. One keeps the class flowing while the other quietly offers support, so I never felt put on the spot. It made such a difference.

I absolutely loved yin — it became something I genuinely looked forward to every week.”

“I Didn’t Know How Much I Needed This”

“I did a weekend retreat with the girls in Heathcote. I’d never done yoga before — to be honest, my sister-in-law dragged me along! But wow… I’m so glad she did.

As a new mum, I didn’t realise how much I needed that time out. I loved the meditations, especially the silent walking one, and kundalini was such a surprise — my mind is always busy, and it really helped me switch off.

I’ve taken some of the practices home with me and even joined a yoga studio where I live now. So grateful I went — thank you girls!”

“Spot on-- Just what I needed”

“I was new to yoga and travelling on holiday when I found Tiffany and Melissa’s studio near my hotel, so I thought I’d give it a go and booked a private session. I’m really glad I did.

Since retiring from the ambulance service, I’ve realised how much yoga helps me slow down and properly relax. The 90-minute class with meditation, yin and yoga nidra was spot on — just what I needed.

I didn’t want to stop practicing just because I was away, so I really appreciated them fitting me in. We had a good chat about life too, which made it all feel easy and comfortable.

The girls are down to earth and easygoing. It was refreshing. I’d happily recommend them.”
